CA Manoj Gupta
(MANAGING PARTNER)
A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he brings over 36 years of distinguished professional experience. In the early phase of his career, he worked with Tata International in the Treasury Department for five years, where he gained strong exposure to international finance, treasury operations, and corporate financial management practices.
Over the decades, he has developed extensive expertise in Internal and Statutory Audits, Management Consultancy, International Finance, Treasury Management, Taxation, Company Law matters, and allied commercial laws.
Beyond audits and compliance, he has played a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding multiple small and mid-sized businesses, helping them scale operations, strengthen governance frameworks, and build sustainable enterprises.
CA Sandeep Gupta
(SENIOR PARTNER)
A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1998, he possesses over two decades of comprehensive professional experience in audit, taxation, and financial advisory services. He is an Ex-Partner of P.N. Nagar & Co., Chartered Accountants, Indore, and was also associated with Manoj Khatri & Co., where he conducted the statutory audit of National Steel Ltd. from 2000 to 2004.
Over the years, he has handled statutory and internal audits of Limited and Private Limited Companies, Banks, and Government Undertakings, demonstrating strong command over regulatory compliance and financial reporting frameworks. He actively oversees taxation and finance matters for a diverse client base, ensuring structured planning and effective implementation.
He also has significant expertise in financial advisory, particularly in Project Finance and Working Capital funding arrangements. His practical approach, analytical strength, and deep understanding of business finance enable clients to structure efficient funding solutions and maintain financial discipline.
His commitment to professional integrity and client-centric advisory continues to add substantial value to the firm and its clientele.
CA Ashish Mangal
(JUNIOR PARTNER)
A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he has been associated with the firm for nearly 14 years, beginning his journey as an Article Clerk and later serving as a Paid Assistant before becoming a Partner. This long-standing association reflects his deep understanding of the firm’s values, systems, and client commitment.
He has gained extensive experience in Internal Audits, Bank Audits, Tax Audits, GST Registration and Return Filing, Income Tax Return Filing, and assessment proceedings. He also specializes in ROC compliances, including company incorporation, annual filings, and other corporate regulatory matters.
In addition, he handles TDS returns, Cash Credit (CC) limit working, and Project Financing assignments with precision and practical insight. Known for his dedication and proactive approach, he consistently goes beyond expectations to deliver timely, reliable, and client-focused solutions.
